All products are shipped from Brisbane QLD. Please allow upto 3 days for handling (usually 1 day).
Shipping times vary pending your location but usually within 10days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or nominated on the product page unless other site promotions are being run.

Refunds/Returns

Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept returns for a refund due to change of mind.
We can offer to swap goods for an equal or lesser value.
All postage for swaps or returns are responsibility of the purchaser.

If a product is faulty or does not match the description you will be given a refund upon receipt of the returned goods.
